The cover for Blackshirt Rebellion can now be revealed!
The events at the end of Blackshirt Masquerade and Blackshirt Conspiracy have changed history as we know it, and Britain has a fascist government. It’s grip on power is weak, opposed by socialist groups on the streets and foreign agents in the shadows. And for some, fascism is not dark enough.
Hugh, Sissy and the agents of Room Z move against sinister forces manipulating events for their own ends, but plunge themselves into danger. Time is running out to prevent the country being plunged in to civil war.
The chilling image created by those clever folks at Level Best features a Blackshirt speaker, pumping up the crowd at a political rally. But what is the shadow behind him? The logo visible on the podium is that of the fascist party British Union. Created in 1936 the white circle stands for industry and the lightning bolt for action; the Blackshirt’s opponents referred to it as ‘the flash in the pan’.
